Scottish Wound Care Conference: 5 September 2013The 14th Annual Scottish Wound Care Conference will take place in Glasgow on 5th September 2013. This free event provides a full clinical programme, exploring best practice and showcasing innovation in wound care.

This conference focuses on Safe and Effective Wound Care and is an essential one-day event for healthcare professionals in Scotland.


Key sessions will include:

  • Assessment challenges for different wound types
  • Meeting targets for avoidable pressure ulcers
  • Improving patient outcomes through innovation
  • Practical management of biofilms and chronicity
  • Skills update: debridement; compression; NPWT
  • Complaints, litigation and the patient's voice
