New distance learning courses available in tissue viability and leg ulcer managementUniversity of Huddersfield, UK, is offering new distance learning master’s courses on tissue viability and leg ulcer management for health or social care professionals.

The courses are delivered online with no requirement to attend the University campus for sessions. Therefore, all the learning is undertaken when the student has the time to fit it in with their personal and professional priorities.

The course is delivered as a combination of lectures, tutorials, videos, podcasts, group discussions and learning opportunities hosted on the University's Virtual Campus.

Those joining the course will need a mentor with specialist knowledge and skills in the area of the particular wound care subject studied.
