An innovation in treating infected wounds and disrupting biofilms

This article is based on a symposium held at the Wounds UK conference in Harrogate on 10 November 2015. The symposium explored infection and biofilm management, and presented the scientific and clinical rationale for KerraContactTM Ag, a wound dressing containing silver-based technology from Crawford Healthcare, that effectively treats infected wounds and disrupts biofilms.
