Wounds UK 2009 Wound Care Conference Harrogate

Wounds UK Conference in Harrogate took place on the 9th - 11th November. It was run in parallel with Continence UK and Dermatology UK and aimed to provide multidisciplinary/educational opportunities to delegates, allowing the continuation of personal learning and in recognition of the increasing multidisciplinary nature of your roles.

As in previous years there was the opportunity to visit the Exhbition Stands of the major healthcare companies which are always enjoyed and found interesting and educational.

The Venue

The conference and exhibition was held at the Harrogate International Centre, Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Delegates found a wide variety of excellent accommodation, along with quality shops, restaurants, picturesque parks and gardens, all situated in this sophisticated and cosmopolitan town at the centre of Great Britain. Harrogate is accessible through excellent road and rail links.
