The Faculty of Health and Social Care Sciences at Kingston University and St George's, University of London offer a range of modules related to tissue viability at both diploma and degree level. The modules are applicable to a variety of professional groups, providing participants can achieve the required learning outcomes of the module(s). Participants study on a part-time basis and can chose to undertake individual modules or study for a pathway specific award - Diploma in Healthcare Practice (Tissue Viability) or BSc (Hons) in Healthcare Practice (Tissue viability). Blended learning using web-based material is utilised for the Principles of Wound Healing and Tissue Repair and Tissue Viability modules, and is being developed with other modules in the pathway.
