Activa Healthcare launched ActiLymph® in March 2006, the first range of products designed specifically for lymphoedema and lymphovenous patients in the community, creating a completely new product category.
Lymphoedema, which affects over 100,000 people in the UK*, has been largely neglected because there have been no specialist products and little education available for community nurses until now.
The seminars will discuss lymphoedema, treatments available and the impact on the patient of accurate diagnosis and effective management.
